About

As a designer, I think the most wonderful part about fashion is that it is a way to communicate. Through my clothing and designs, I am able to express my interests and sources of inspiration, such as historical costumes, classic literature and ballet. Timeless and elegant silhouettes are my preference, and when I look at the classics though my own playful lens, I give them a modern and whimsical look with unexpected color stories, textures and patterns.

I left my hometown of Boston to go to another historic city, Philadelphia to study Fashion Design at Philadelphia University. Le Jardin, my senior collection won an Award in Excellence in a Bridal Collection. After graduation, I interned at Lilly Pulitzer on the Knit Dress Fashion Design Team and at Anna Nieman Couture, gaining further experience as a fashion designer.

Now, I live in yet another historic place, as well as fashion capitol, New York City. I first worked for a couture evening and bridal design, then at dress company represented in many major department stores and currently work as the Associate Designer for a evening wear brand.
